We are happy to announce that as of today, Governor Cuomo has lifted the emergency care only restriction from chiropractic care, WE ARE FULLY OPENED!!! We can resume normal practice procedures following all CDC, DOH and local health department regulations. Please continue to wear your masks to the office and please stay home if you are feeling unwell or have any other following symptoms:
• fever
• cough
• nasal discharge
• shortness of breath
Should you experience any of the above symptoms please contact your PCP and await further instructions.

We are now offering secured video chat Telemedicine visits with Dr. McCourt.
This will allow the doctor to assess your progress and make recommendations/referrals virtually using just your cell phone. We are currently calling our existing patients to schedule them. Please don’t wait for us; you can call the office now at 716.675.4333 and schedule immediately.

Despite numerous amounts of CDC safety precautions that we have put into place to protect our patients and staff, we are in a profession that requires close contact with our patients. As the curve continues to grow, we feel it is best to close in order to protect our patients, our staff and our community.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, we urge you to call 911 or your Primary Health Provider immediately! If you are a New Patient to our office, or currently experiencing an acute spinal condition, please call 716.675.4333 for further instructions.
Should you require paperwork to be completed for disability or your employer, please have that paperwork faxed to 716.677.0871 or emailed to mccourtchiropractic1@hotmail.com, and Dr. McCourt will complete it and fax it back.
We have made every effort to notify the patients immediately affected by this change in circumstances. Rest assured, when we reopen, we will contact every patient who had an appointment affected by this to reschedule.
All patients are recommended to continue to abide by the CDC and state/local authorities in self-monitoring for the following symptoms: fever, cough, nasal discharge, feeling unwell, and shortness of breath. Should you experience this, please contact your Primary Care Physician immediately and await further instructions.
Please also continue to practice Social Distancing as local and federal health organizations have identified this as the number one priority. Social Distancing means, remain home with your families. Avoid crowds. Maintain 6 feet of personal space around yourself and others when in public.
